Convergent Coverup: Unmasking the Human/Non-Human Interface

We are living in the “Age of Cover-Up,” a period defined not merely by government secrecy, but by a complex, multi-decade effort to manage the reality of a non-human presence on Earth. But is this secrecy purely a human endeavor, or are we witnessing a “convergent coverup”, a point where human institutions and non-human actors are collaborating to keep the public in the dark?

In the latest episode of EMERGENT, I sat down with investigative journalists Matt Ford (The Good Trouble Show) and Chris Sharp (Liberation Times) to explore the findings of their bombshell Daily Mail exposé and the darker implications of a legacy program that operates beyond Congressional oversight.

The Architecture of Retrieval

Two years ago, Ford, Sharp, and Josh Boswell broke a story that exposed the role of the CIA’s Office of Global Access (OGA) in coordinating the retrieval of crashed non-human vehicles. As we discussed in the roundtable, this office specializes in “retrieval missions in contested territory”, utilizing what are known as “tunnel rats” to extract materials from difficult locations before transferring them to private defense contractors.

The complexity of this infrastructure is staggering. As Matt Ford noted, “The CIA runs all of this” often hiding operations under the Directorate of Science and Technology to shield them from legislative oversight,. This is not just a matter of black budgets; it is, as Ford described, a “complete abomination in terms of what the Constitution of the United States stands for”.

The Threat from Below: USOs and Nuclear Security

While much of the public discourse focuses on aerial phenomena, our conversation took a sobering turn toward the oceans. We explored the involvement of the National Underwater Reconnaissance Office and the disturbing reports of Unidentified Submerged Objects (USOs) interacting with our nuclear deterrent.

Matt Ford revealed that credible sources have indicated UAP are not only tampering with land-based missiles but are also interfering with the “sea-based leg of the nuclear triad,” specifically the Ohio-class submarines.

“What happens if we are in a cold war in terms of exploitation… and that deterrent will be gone basically and it’s game over” Chris Sharp warned, highlighting the existential risk posed by these undersea incursions.

This is where the coverup shifts from political convenience to a matter of survival. If our domain awareness is being intentionally limited, potentially through control systems that blind Space Force and other agencies, we are leaving ourselves vulnerable to both earthly adversaries and non-human ones.

The “Convergent” Nature of the Coverup

The most profound question we tackled is whether there is a convenient “air gap” between human defense agencies and the non-human intelligence (NHI) they study. The evidence suggests otherwise. We must consider if our institutions are not just shielding the presence of NHI, but are “entangled with it”.

We discussed the unsettling possibility of “agreements” or transactional relationships between human leadership and these non-human entities. Matt Ford stated he has heard from multiple credible sources that direct engagements and potential agreements have occurred, asking:

“Who gave these folks permission to have these discussions or or maybe arrive at some kind of agreement with whatever this nonhuman intelligence is? Certainly, Congress was not brought into the mix”.

This convergence implies that the secrecy is not just about protecting technology, but potentially masking a collaborative infrastructure involving “human-looking nonhumans” and psychological influence.

The Cost of Truth

Investigating this topic is not a neutral act; it is oppositional. During the broadcast, Matt Ford shared a chilling account of being physically intimidated by an operative at a bar in Las Vegas shortly after his article was published, a clear message to “shut the hell up”.

We also examined the role of the Pentagon’s All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office (AARO). Ford and Sharp laid out a concerning pattern where AARO appears to be offering large sums of money to independent scientists and organizations, potentially to “infiltrate and control and derail” civilian research efforts and sequester raw data.

Blowing Through the Barricades

The “legacy program” relies on compartmentalization, stigma, and fear. However, the barricades are breaking. As we look toward future hearings and a new administration, the demand is no longer just for disclosure of “craft,” but for the truth about the interaction between human power structures and non-human intent.

As I stated in the episode, “We’re getting to this fundamental singularity of of them and us… and what has potentially been passed across the fence line”.
